Fire Cracker Apple Sauce

6 Apples peeled & cut from the core
2 Serrano Peppers
3 Tbls Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Apple Juice
1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cinnamon Stick
Salt to Taste

1. Put all ingredients into a stock pot
2. Simmer for 1 hour or until apples are very
soft and completely cooked
3. Take cinnamon stick out and puree
4. Adjust seasoning with salt
5. Garnish with whole pepper
