Executive Chef

Chef Josh Bustamante began working at Maloney & Porcelli in 1996 as a line cook and left to build his career as the executive chef at BLT Prime, BLT Steak, and Southern Hospitality.  He had always loved his time at the restaurant and is grateful to return, using his the many years of experience he gained to fill the role of M&P’s executive chef.  In addition to his passion for cooking, he also has studied and practiced butchering.  Chef Josh’s twenty plus years of experience with steakhouses are now being harnessed in his role as executive chef at Maloney & Porcelli.
